The Hampstead Heath Duathlon is entering the 24^th year

This community event has developed some thing of a following since it was established by the Hampstead Rugby Club secretary, Mark Spilsbury.

This year will see the Corporation of London and the team at Hampstead Heath partner with Hampstead RFC and the Jubilee Hall Trust to run the duathlon this year. 

This will mean that the event will keep the local feel but we will be able to bring in a couple of things to help streamline the registration process, so there will be online registration available for the first time this year. To enable this we have had to increase the entrance fee slightly, we are keen to keep the event inclusive, so if you have any issues with payment please do get in touch and we can work things out. 

Don't miss your one chance to swim in all the ponds!  You can enter as one person or a team (minimum 3 and maximum 5 people per team).

The event starts from Parliament Hill Lido you then run between each of the ponds doing a lap in each.  The run to the finish line near track. The approximate total distances are a 1.5k swim and a 4k run.
