Dagenham 88 Runners 5 Mile ELVIS #1
This race is the 1st leg of the 2024 East London V Interclub Series (ELVIS), however, members of other clubs and the general public are welcome to enter too
Race Details
- Race Starts at 7:30pm, 22nd May 2024
- Registration will be open 1 hour before start, club reps to pick up registration for your runners
- The participants must be age 16 or over, and that the race is licensed by the TRA and run under UK Athletics rules.
- Chip timed - both at start and finish - however, places will be awarded on gun time.
- No Water station during the race, bring water with you. Please bring a cup or bottle to refill water at Headquaters if required.
- No official bag-drop. Baggage to be left at your club RVP or at race HQ for unaffiliated runners only.
- Please use the toilets at May & Bakers Social Club before heading to race headquarters
- Parking will be at May & Bakers Car Park, Dagenham Road, Dagenham, Essex, RM7 0QX
- Please kindly note that no one is allowed to park at the eastbrookend Country carpark for the Elvis race
- Please register at least 30 minutes before the race to allow you time to get to the start.

Friendly atmosphere, well organised but low key set up. Entries in advance. No entries on the day. No exchanges on the day. Race Numbers will be issued on the day. Registration commences one hour before the race starts.
Please register at least 15 minutes before the race to allow you time to get to the start.
